Job description
The responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks while delivering exceptional customer service. The Barista ensures consistency in beverage preparation, maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards, and creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Working closely with the café or restaurant team, the Barista is expected to provide efficient service, maintain product quality, and contribute to the overall success of daily operations.
Requirements
High school diploma; a Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Barista Training is an advantage. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, or specialty coffee shop. GCC experience is mandatory. Preferably available immediately and currently in Oman. Knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and latte art is preferred.
