Why you'll love this role: Own the end-to-end payroll function for a national workforce of 350+ employees Broaden your experience across payroll, financial accounting and stakeholder management Enjoy the benefits of working in a collaborative not-for-profit organisation with salary packaging opportunities We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Finance Administrator to manage the accurate and timely processing of payroll while supporting the broader finance function.

Key responsibilities include

End-to-end processing of fortnightly and monthly payroll Invoice processing and preparation and posting of employee leave liabilities Maintaining payroll records and employee data Managing payroll compliance, including STP, PAYG, superannuation and salary packaging Processing terminations, leave payouts and payroll adjustments Managing relationships with external providers, including salary packaging, superannuation, Services Australia and workers compensation insurers Preparing payroll journals, reconciliations and leave liability provisions Providing general finance support as required About You You are a detail-oriented payroll professional with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

You will bring: 3–5 years' experience in Australian payroll and financial accounting Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation and compliance requirements Experience managing end-to-end payroll processing Excellent reconciliation, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Desirable: Experience in a not-for-profit organisation with knowledge of salary packaging Experience with Workday Payroll and Finance Benefits As well as the real joy of seeing the positive difference your work makes in the lives of others, our unique benefits support you at any life stage.
