Shift Lead

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Supervise and support crew members throughout your shift Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and drawer reconciliation Ensure food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards are met Coach crew members and help train new hires Monitor inventory levels and report low stock Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Uphold food-safety and workplace-safety compliance WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 6+ months of QSR or customer-service experience preferred (or strong crew performance) Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and basic shift reporting Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Food Handler certification a plus (or willing to obtain)

Pay: $14 - $15 per hour
