Tri Star Freight System is looking for Over the Road Van/Reefer Company Drivers to join our team! $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Driv e a 2025 Freightliner Cascadia $0.65 CPM: 200+ Miles From the Terminal $0.70 CPM: 0-200 Miles From the Terminal $30 Per Hour Breakdown Pay/Local Help as Needed Home most weekends. Mainly servicing the Western 13 & Northern California.

Most OTR drivers will be on the road 1-2 weeks at a time, but they have the opportunity to stay out on the road longer if preferred OTR Van/Reefer Driver Responsibilities: Deliver products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have great customer service skills.
