Maintenance Tech III (Entry Level)

Performs basic services and simple repairs for rooms, public spaces, offices, back of house spaces, and grounds in and around the hotels and conference centers. Knowledge and skillsets in painting; light mechanical, plumbing problems, and resolving minor problems with electronic devices. Moves furniture and equipment.

Assist other maintenance staff members in performing work. Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA regulations, safety policies, and work practices in all work assignments. Monitors spaces for unusual operations, safety concerns, and aesthetic issues, and initiates correct actions.
