Commis de Rang

At Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech, we believe that exceptional dining experiences are created through teamwork, passion, and genuine hospitality. We are currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented Commis de Rang to join our Ling Ling by Hakkasan team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Chef de Rang in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Prepare and maintain service stations before, during, and after service. Serve food and beverages according to Mandarin Oriental standards. Ensure tables are impeccably set and maintained throughout service. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is preferred. Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in French; English proficiency is an advantage.
