About the Role

patient meals, retail/cafeteria and catered functions.# Plans for food production by reviewing menus and production sheets.# Collects all items necessary to prepare meals, ensuring adequate quantities; using time management. Ensures all food items are prepared according to Serv. Safe and HACCP requirements; uses HACCP Manager System for temperature monitoring.

Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area; alerts Production Manager of any matters that may affect the standards set for food production. What You Bring High School graduate or equivalent. College or technical school related degree in food preparation preferred. A minimum of 3 years of previous employment in a hospital or restaurant foodservice position.
