Sales Team Member

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Sales Team Member to join our store team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll help deliver an outstanding shopping experience, support day-to-day store operations, and contribute to a positive, knowledgeable, and solution-focused environment. Contract: Temporary - 1 Month Hours: Part-time Hours of Work: 15 Hours per week As a Sales Team Member, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right products, maintaining high standards of presentation, and supporting stock control and merchandising.

Key responsibilities include

• Delivering excellent customer service and supporting counter duties
• Building product knowledge across the full range, with a focus on assigned categories
• Investigating and resolving on-shelf gaps and maintaining availability
• Merchandising product categories to ensure visual appeal
• Assisting with stock accuracy, seasonal adjustments, and stocktaking
• A genuine interest in customer service and retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
• You’ll be confident, approachable, and self-motivated, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude.
