Position Summary
The Outreach Specialist (OS) is a field-based role that creates and develops partnerships, ensuring client enrollment targets to sustain and grow program census. The Outreach Specialist provides written, face-to-face, and telephonic outreach, engagement, enrollment, and orientation services for all referred members.
