We value teamwork and customer satisfaction. Job Overview We are looking for a Yard Spotter. This person will move trailers around the yard and to loading docks. The job involves working with warehouse staff, following safety rules, communicating clearly, and obeying all transport regulations. Main Duties Move trailers in the yard and to loading docks.

Work with warehouse staff to organize trailer movements. Follow safety rules, inspect vehicles, and wear required gear. Keep communication open with the team and report any problems. Record trailer movements and report any damage. Do vehicle checks, report issues, and keep maintenance records. Suggest ways to make yard operations better.

Be ready to handle emergencies as per protocols. Attend training and safety meetings. Follow environmental guidelines and store hazardous materials safely. Keep the work area and vehicles clean. Follow company rules, including those on conduct, drug and alcohol use, equal opportunity, and no smoking.

Requirements

Must be committed to a safe work environment. Must have a valid Class A CDL. At least 2 years of experience driving Class A vehicles or similar roles. Be available on short notice to cover shifts. Willing to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience operating yard tractors in a busy environment.

Pay attention to detail and prioritize safety. Must communicate well and work well in a team. Pass a background check and drug test. Keep a clean driving record and have a valid medical card. Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. Steel toe shoes are required. Pay and Benefits (After 90 Days) $17.

Experience Needed At least 2 years of relevant experience. Work Schedule We rotate between two work schedules every three months: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Sunday, 6 PM to 6 AM.
