Position Overview

As an Aesthetic Provider (NP or PA) at Vital. Skin you will provide advanced cosmetic injections and medical spa treatments while building long-term relationships with patients. Our injectors take a patient -centered approach to aesthetic medicine , helping guests achieve natural, confidence-boosting results through thoughtful consultation and customized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Advanced Aesthetic Treatments Botox and Dysport neurotoxin injections Dermal fillers including Juvederm and Restylane Sculptra biostimulator treatments PRF and EZ Gel regenerative aesthetics Skin. Pen microneedling Skin. Vive treatments Medical-grade chemical peels Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals Educate guests on injectables, skincare, and long-term aesthetic maintenance Deliver safe, natural-looking cosmetic results Practice Growth Build and maintain a loyal injectable patient base Support patient retention, referrals, and events Meet individual revenue and treatment performance goals Collaborate with spa teams to support promotions and cross-service referral Maintain accurate documentation and charting Who You Are Our.

The ideal candidate: Has experience performing Botox, Dysport, and dermal filler injections Is passionate about aesthetic medicine and cosmetic injectables Enjoys building long-term patient relationships Is motivated by performance goals and income growth Takes initiative to grow their personal patient base Delivers natural, confidence-boosting results Thrives in a collaborative med spa environment Is excited to grow with a Texas-based company expanding across the state Experience & Education Requirements Active Iowa NP, or PA license 1+ year injectable experience required (2+ years preferred) Experience with Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and aesthetic consultations BLS Certification Compensation Total Annual Earnings Potential: $90,000 – $200,000+ (3-4 Days a Week) Top-performing injectors have strong earning potential based on client retention, treatment volume, and performance bonuses.
