The goal is to continuously address various challenges faced by users in Japanese accounting firms, enhance the productivity of these critical partners, increase the value they deliver, and achieve mutual growth with Money Forward.Responsibilities & DutiesThe Cloud Partner Group has established the product vision of “advancing the advisory experience for professionals,” recognizing the vital role professionals play in supporting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). However, professionals often spend significant time on paper-based tasks (receipt management, preparing various application forms, etc.), which limits their capacity for advisory services. Since its inception, Money Forward has prioritized digital transformation for SMEs through its back-office SaaS series (Money Forward Cloud), with a strong focus on professional partners. As of 2023, the cloud accounting service holds the No.1 market share (45%) among accounting firms. The current mission is to deliver new value to professionals, enabling them to dedicate more time to supporting SME business growth. The team usesScrumdevelopment without separating backend and frontend roles. They welcome full-stack engineers or those specialized in either backend or frontend but eager to become full-stack.English will become the primary development language by fiscal year 2025, although some initial phases may still use Japanese.
