Senior Production Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Production Engineer to lead and support precast manufacturing operations, ensuring production plans, quality standards, and project requirements are achieved. This role is responsible for coordinating resources, materials, equipment, and production activities, providing technical leadership and daily support to manufacturing teams, and taking ownership of complex projects from concept through to completion.

Working closely with production and quality teams, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop best practices, mentor engineers, and implement processes that improve productivity, quality, and delivery performance. The role also oversees quality control and assurance activities, ensuring product specifications, inspection and testing plans, and quality management systems are consistently met while minimising waste, rework, and non-conformances to support operational excellence.
