TO Departmental Analyst

Under the supervision of Tribal Administration, this position is responsible for developing and implementing research and analysis assignments for the purpose of evaluation, assessment, planning and improvements of program effectiveness and efficiencies. Additionally, this position will conduct analytical studies involving the operations and programs of tribal departments to develop, improve, and/or implement new or existing programs, systems, procedures, and/or administrative services.

Responsible for exercising performance based budgeting techniques and performing related duties with respect for data governance tribal sovereignty, traditions, and community values.
