This includes managing the configuration settings, coordinating integrations with other systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while balancing the requirements and limitations imposed by both business needs and vendor agreements.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of portal architecture and experience in managing complex integrations.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions within packaged or Software as a Service environments.
• Experience in setting and enforcing platform standards to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Familiarity with release management processes and tools to coordinate software deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions. Additional Information:
