Description We are seeking a skilled Used Car Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems, including diesel engines and powertrains, while ensuring high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles, focusing on diesel engine repair and powertrain systems. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to troubleshoot problems. Collaborate with team members to align repairs with dealership standards and customer expectations.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances Authorized to work in the United States ASE certifications Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in diesel engine repair and powertrain systems.
