You’ll keep the whole clinical day moving. You will: Run the Back Office: Anticipate the doctor’s needs, minimize downtime, and keep the schedule on track. Use the Latest Tools: Work confidently with digital imaging, i. Tero intraoral scanning, and paperless systems. Lead the Team: Model excellent sterilization practices and mentor junior assistants to raise the level of the whole team.
