Program Manager

Program Manager Location: On-site Compensation: Depends on Experience Clearance: Secret, US Citizenship Required We are seeking a Program Manager of the Contractor staff to plan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful task outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients and stakeholders to definite task objectives and deliverables
• Conduct continuous service delivery improvement activities towards more efficient capabilities and performance
• Responsible for assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of organization Required Qualifications
• Must possess a secret clearance
• Master’s Degree in related field or 12 years’ experience
• Minimum 8 specific years’ experience as a Program Manager
• Must have a robust understanding of Quality Management Systems and exhibit proficiency in adhering to ISO 9001 standards
