Mental Health Monitor

Saratoga Medical (DBA Saratoga Ascend) is hiring a Mental Health Monitor for opportunities with Maricopa County Correctional Health Services in Phoenix, AZ . These are great opportunities for someone with medical support or patient observation experience to work in a correctional mental health setting. Mental Health Monitor | Maricopa County, AZ Requirements High school diploma or GED Experience monitoring multiple screens, observing patients, and reporting findings Minimum 6 months of clerical or support services experience in a medical setting Active BLS and First Aid Certificate from American Heart Association (AHA).

Current completed N95 fit testing Key Responsibilities Monitor patients on suicide watch, therapeutic restraints, or at risk of self-harm or harm to others Perform visual or video monitoring and report observations to the licensed nurse Accurately complete and process required documentation Report and document changes in patient activity and charts Follow directions from medical personnel and unit procedures Available Schedules WOC – Day Shift: 3×12-hour shifts/week, minimum 13 weeks + extension / Jail/Clinic: Lower Buckeye Jail (LBJ), in the Mental Health Unit (MHU) WOC – Night Shift: 3×12-hour shifts/week, minimum 13 weeks + extension / Jail/Clinic: Lower Buckeye Jail (LBJ), in the Mental Health Unit (MHU) PRN – Day Shift: Flexible PRN opportunity / Where needed in Maricopa County, AZ PRN – Night Shift: Flexible PRN opportunity / Where needed in Maricopa County, AZ Saratoga Medical Center, Inc.
