A Day in the Life

Making raw data speak is good; building visual tools that empower quick, accurate decisions is our goal. Immersed within our HR Tech team, you will turn complex talent flows into clear visual analytics to guide Group-wide recruitment choices globally.

• Explore varied data sources and help model interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Participate in building reliable automated data pipelines alongside our global community of 2,000 Tech experts.
• Assist in structuring decision-making metrics to track inclusion and equity commitments across 80 nationalities.
• Collaborate with cloud architects and HR business teams to prototype decision-support tools used every day. We Are Looking For You enjoy exploring data, testing fresh visual formats, and making complex information simple. You bring:
• Data Visualisation & Analysis : Practical skills in Power BI or Tableau to build clear, immediately actionable dashboards.
• Data Modelling & Querying : Solid grounding in SQL basics and a sound understanding of relational database structures.
• Automation & Scripting : Familiarity with Python, R, or DAX to clean datasets and streamline data workflows.
• Analytical Synthesis : Ability to turn core business questions into concrete decision-making indicators.
• Communication & Languages : Professional working proficiency in both English and French to collaborate with multicultural teams worldwide.
