Senior Director Financial Planning/Analysis

With 1,300 employees, 19 global facility locations and selling in over 80 countries, the Johnson Outdoors team is continuing to grow!   This new role, as Senior Director Financial Planning & Analysis, provides enterprise-wide leadership and strategic ownership for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) across Johnson Outdoors.

Partners with the CFO and executive leadership team to set the direction for enterprise financial planning, performance management, resource allocation, and strategic decision support. Leads the FP&A organization and strengthens the processes, governance, analytics, and capabilities needed to drive profitable growth and long-term shareholder value.
