Qualifications

& Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Extensive software engineering experience, with significant experience leading and scaling engineering teams. A track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining effective engineering teams. Experience delivering high-quality consumer-facing mobile and web products at scale.

Experience working effectively across Product Management, Engineering, Security, Operations, Finance, and other organizational functions. A strong technical foundation that enables you to guide architectural decisions, foster engineering excellence, and balance innovation with operational reliability.
