Treatment Director
Job description
Lakeside, MnTC’s Christ-centered residential program for adolescent boys, seeks a Treatment Director with strong clinical judgment and a heart for teens. You’ll guide individualized treatment within our 3–9 month model, coach and supervise clinicians, lead crisis response and safety planning, partner with families and referral sources, ensure compliance with MN 245G and Rule 2960, and carry a caseload.
