Job description
Suncoast Hospice of Hillsborough, a part of Empath Health is seeking a Master’s-level Social Worker (MSW) to work with us on a PRN basis and provide assessment, counseling, and support for participants and families. As a key member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), you will help create care plans, connect participants with community resources, and ensure dignity and quality of life for those we serve.
