• OAK CREEK, WI, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: None, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: 2nd Shift - 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Job Category: General Labor, About the Role Redwall is looking for a 2nd Shift Catcher to join our screen printing production team. In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you'll work alongside the Press Operator to keep jobs running smoothly and make sure every shirt that comes off the press meets our quality standards. No printing experience is required, and we'll train the right person.

What You'll Do

Catch Garments (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.) Read, write and understand work orders, mock ups and instructions in job packet Check t-shirts and or hoodies to ensure there are no flaws Communicate any issues with the press crew to ensure that the issue is corrected before more garments (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.) are produced Responsible for counting and verifying quantities per work orders Notify supervisor of any discrepancies Responsible to remove any excess ink ( “perform blowouts”) from the garments (shirts, hoodies, etc.)

,including but not limited to dust, dirt, tape, fingerprints, etc. Quality control each item Label boxes per customer specifications Be able to work quickly and efficiently Obtain screens for the Job Maintain work area clean at all times (before and after your shift) Be on time for work at all time Report any safety issues to your supervisor Maintain safe work environment Required to work weekends, overtime (If needed) Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications: What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail Ability to read, write, and understand work orders and instructions Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division) Ability to identify colors Positive attitude, willingness to follow instructions, and reliable attendance Ability to work quickly and efficiently Availability to work weekends and overtime when needed Knowledge of graphic arts is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Standing for 8 to 10 hours per day Lifting up to 35 lbs regularly, and the ability to properly lift 50 lbs Exposure to warm and cold temperatures in a production environment
