CRA and Community Development Officer

Job Summary

The CRA & Community Development Officer is responsible for leading the Bank's enterprise-wide Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and community development strategy across its assessment area within a five-state footprint. This position serves as the Bank's subject matter expert and strategic leader for CRA, working closely with executive leadership, market presidents, branch and lending leaders, Compliance, Community Development, Marketing, and other business lines to ensure the Bank effectively identifies and addresses the credit and community development needs of the communities it serves. The position is expected to function as the Bank's central point of coordination for CRA and community development strategy, while business lines and market leadership remain accountable for
