Concessions Attendant IceLand (Part-Time)

Description Concessions workers are responsible for a variety of tasks related to the preparation and sale of food, beverages, and other items at Ice. Land Arena. Food and Beverage Preparation: Preparing and assembling food items such as popcorn, hot dogs, pretzels, and nachos, as well as pouring drinks and serving snacks.

Customer Service: Interacting with customers, taking orders, processing payments, and providing information about the menu items or special promotions. Cash Handling: Operating cash registers, handling cash, credit card transactions, and sometimes handling large volumes of transactions quickly and accurately. Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring that food and beverage items are available throughout the event.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the work area clean and sanitary, following food safety guidelines, and ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly sanitized. Teamwork: Working with other concessions staff to ensure that operations run smoothly, particularly during busy times.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old Must be available to work evenings and Saturday and Sunday shifts Must be able to read and write English Must have good math skills for handing cash transactions Candidates will be trained and do not need experience in food handling.
