About the Role

We're looking for a commercially sharp General Manager to join the Leadership Team at Red Hotels and take ownership of Bedruthan Hotel and Create Cornwall. This senior, high-impact role is for someone who is a natural at hospitality, can lead from the front, be the face of the hotel, inspire managers and spot opportunities to develop profit sustainably.

Reporting directly to our CEO, Emma Stratton, you'll lead the operation of Bedruthan Hotel and Create Cornwall as a member of the leadership team at Red Hotels. How You’ll Lead As a General Manager, you’ll bring our shared expectations to life every day:

About You

You'll be an experienced General Manager who understands how great hospitality businesses grow: through standout guest experiences, motivated teams and activity that turns demand into revenue. You'll be highly visible in the business, confident supporting Duty Management, quick to turn insight into actions and energised by coaching teams to improve performance.

You'll receive A competitive annual salary, depending on experience. Salary to be discussed at interview. Annual Performance Bonus A 40-hour contract over five days, including weekends and some evenings. A permanent contract with an award-winning independent hospitality business in a stunning location on the Cornish coast.
