Sr. Claims Manager

The Sr. Manager of Claims provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on management for AMSURG’s comprehensive claims portfolio. This role manages the end-to-end claims lifecycle within the Risk Management department, directly impacting the organization’s financial and operational resilience. The ideal candidate is analytical, driven, and someone who can manage a diverse portfolio consisting of Workers’ Compensation (40%), Property (40%), General Liability (10%), and Professional Liability (10%).

They will own the process from initial incident evaluation and carrier notification through to final resolution and litigation management, collaborating closely with executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
