We are celebrating 50+ years of service to the Centre region! Summary: Support individuals with Intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities and/or mental health challenges in a group home setting Shadow Program Manager in day-to-day operations of residential group home Internship opportunities are unpaid Organization Expectations: Be interested in assisting individuals with disabilities, co-existing medical conditions and mental health challenges Must be flexible regarding availability and schedule Ability to work as a team member and actively participate in all daily routines is essential Job Responsibilities: The position is in a 24 hour residential program. Must be able to work flexible hours to meet individual and programming needs. Hours include mornings, days, and evenings, together with weekends, holidays and breaks. Physical demand: Ability to exert moderate physical activity (i.e., transferring, bending, twisting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, repetitive lifting, and pushing in miscellaneous activities with individuals and in overall maintenance to the house).
