Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility Provide compassionate, respectful, and dignified resident care Assist with transfers and repositioning Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team Maintain accurate documentation in Point.
