Operations/Supply Lead

OPERATIONS / SUPPLY LEAD Salary range: N500,000 – N600,000 Role Mandate: Build and manage the operational backbone required to support the company's transition into larger-scale distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, supply planning, inventory, warehousing and order fulfilment.
• Establish operational SOPs and controls.
• Forecast stock requirements with Commercial/Sales.
• Prevent stock-outs, overstocking, losses and fulfilment delays.
• Manage suppliers and operational service providers.
• Improve efficiency as order and distribution volumes increase.

Requirements

• Strong FMCG/supply-chain/operations experience.
• Excellent process-building and problem-solving ability.
• Inventory and supply-planning competence.
• Comfortable introducing structure into a growing operation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
