LOCATION: Bridgwater, Somerset
PAY RATES:
- Weekdays:£16.81 per hour
- Weekends: £21.01 per hour
Shifts - 09:00-21:00 & 13:30-21:00 with flexible availability to work across a variety of shifts.

This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to empower an individual with severe anxiety & depression, obsessive compulsive behaviours & ME & fibromyalgia to live a safe, fulfilled life. You’ll help clients achieve personal goals, explore new hobbies, and enjoy trips into the community—all while creating relationships that bring lasting satisfaction for both you and them.
You will work in varying ratios of1:1 and 2:1 shifts, with the opportunity for shadow shifts beforehand. You will be trained specifically to care for the client. You should be apatient, caring and compassionateperson. You will have an understanding ofcomplex mental health conditions and learn how best to comfort and support our client day-to-day.

- Deliver person-centred care within the client’s own home.
- Maintain safety whilst making positive risk decisions.

What We’re Looking For

- 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
- Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
- Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
- Strong personal values and ethical standards.
- Dedication, commitment and stability.
- A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
