DAY HABILITATION DSP (Garden City)

Day Habilitation Counselors play a hands-on role supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in structured, person-centered programs. You will build meaningful relationships while assisting with daily activities that promote independence, skill development, and social engagement.

Responsibilities include

implementing habilitation plans, facilitating group activities, supporting community inclusion, and documenting progress. Our mission is to provide compassionate support that empowers individuals to lead fulfilling, independent lives. The Day Hab Counselor spends a majority of their time in community inclusion activities and must be comfortable driving an Agency vehicle.
