Job Summary

The Driver will be responsible for delivering and collecting rental vehicles, transporting vehicles safely between locations, and ensuring that every customer receives a smooth, professional, and premium service experience that reflects Beno’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and collect rental vehicles from / to customers. Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for handover to customers. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each rental, documenting any existing damage or issues. Complete vehicle handover and collection procedures accurately, including required documentation and photographs.

Drive responsibly and comply with UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with the rental operations team regarding vehicle availability, delivery schedules, and customer requirements. Ensure timely deliveries and collections while maintaining excellent customer service. Report accidents, vehicle damage, maintenance requirements, and any operational concerns immediately.

Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and uphold Beno’s professional image at all times.

Requirements

Valid UAE driving licence appropriate for the vehicles being driven. Previous experience as a driver, preferably in car rental, luxury automotive, hotel, or hospitality operations. Good knowledge of Dubai roads, major hotels, landmarks, and key locations across the UAE. Professional appearance, punctuality, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle vehicles carefully and perform basic vehicle condition checks. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to operational requirements. Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
