Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day operations Work with the Program Director to explore and coordinate opportunities related to growth and development Budgetary responsibility Assist the Director with oversight of clinical charts Assists in recruiting, training, and developing a highly motivated and effective team Provides clinical supervision, guidance, and coaching to staff/interns Coordination and expansion of program services (i.

Qualifications

Master’s degree (MA, MSW, MS) in a mental health related field; Five (5) years’ experience working within the mental health system; Two (2) years supervisory experience; Experience working with mentally ill in imminent distress; LCSW/LPC require. Valid Driver’s License is required. All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.
