Automotive Service Advisor (Quick Lube Sales) – High Earning Potential. Kwik Kar, Round Rock and North Austin, TX. We are hiring a sales-driven Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced quick lube team. This is a customer-facing sales role where you’ll recommend maintenance services, build trust, and maximize ticket value.

Pay & Benefits: $800 to $1300 per week - earning potential. Commission + bonuses (uncapped). Weekly SPIFFs & performance incentives. What You’ll Do: Greet customers and guide service recommendations. Recommend oil changes, filters, and maintenance services. Upsell ethically by educating customers. Work with technicians to verify vehicle needs.

Requirements
