Job description

- Documentation, Compliance & Quality Assurance + Ensure collaborative and supervisory practices comply with all applicable federal and Illinois state regulations. + Document supervision activities, chart reviews, and clinical guidance in accordance with organizational policy and payer requirements. + Support audit readiness through timely, accurate, and compliant documentation. + Contribute to quality assurance efforts and continuous improvement of patient care services.
- Direct Patient Care (As Needed) + Provide direct patient care on an as-needed basis for complex cases, coverage, or patient safety needs. + This role does not carry a standing patient panel and is primarily supervisory in nature. + Model patient-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care practices.
