We’re hiring a full-time Line Cook at Mohican Lodge & Conference Center. If you enjoy preparing great food, working with a supportive team, and creating memorable experiences for guests, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Competitive start rate of $16 - $18 depending on skills & certifications.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

• Ensure meals are fresh, consistent, and beautifully presented

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized

• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to keep orders moving

• Assist with inventory, menu preparation, and general kitchen duties

• Bring a positive, professional attitude to every shift

** ** What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a high volume kitchen

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
