• Perm job available for a Handyman to work for a commercial maintenance company based in Twickenham, Middlesex. Mobile job working at commercial sites around London and Home Counties. Salary offered up to £28k. Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Van and PPE are provided. JOB DUTIES The Handyman job will involve the following General building fabric works on commercial buildings, retail centres and industrial sites. Planned and reactive maintenance, small groundworks, painting, carpentry, lock changes, basic plumbing and electrical works. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ideal candidates for the Handyman job will have multi-skilled maintenance experience. Able to work alone and within a team. Customer service experience, be well presented and have good communication skills. Hold a full clean driving licence. JOB LOCATION The Handyman Job is mobile, working around London and Home Counties.
