Lead Sanitation/Custodian Technician -2ND Shift (Sparks, NV)

Assists the sanitation supervisor in administering sanitation personnel. Maintains the overall cleanliness of the manufacturing plant and warehouse area. Performs cleaning and sanitation of product contact parts as stated in the General Sanitation Procedures and Master Sanitation Schedule. Assist in environmental incidents, cleaning investigations, biohazard clean-ups, and chemical spill clean-ups—Inspect areas for sanitary repairs, improvements, or preventative maintenance.

Assist in the training of new department employees.
