Plant HR Manager

Meyer Utility Structures is searching for an experienced Human Resources Manager to fill the open position of Human Resources Manager in our Lancaster, SC plant. This role manages and directs the activities and staff involved in developing and maintaining HR services, policies, programs and processes with a major focus on culture, hiring, & retention.

The successful HR Manager will establish functional business plans and provide for the development and alignment of HR Staff, products, programs and services to achieve organizational objectives. In this role, the HR Manager will ensure a safe working environment for all employees as well as support quality, production & financial objectives.
