Business Systems Analyst – Oracle EBS Role Overview Support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) platform, driving technology solutions, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with Global stakeholders to enable business operations and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation Provide global front-line support for Oracle EBS users Resolve complex and mission-critical system issues Collaborate with GT, business partners, and third-party vendors Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience Strong Oracle EBS R12 expertise Experience with EBS upgrade cycles Proven ability to lead small to mid-size projects Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish/Portuguese preferred) Solid understanding of LATAM market federal regulations Knowledge of Brazil (BR) tax regulations is a plus Functional Expertise Order-to-Cash (O2C) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Financials (GL, AP, AR) Tools & Systems JIRA (Agile/Sprint execution) Confluence (requirements and documentation) Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Concur, Inspyrus (plus) Core Competencies Strong communication and stakeholder management Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills Adaptable and collaborative mindset Additional Information Occasional travel required Interest in cycling or outdoor sports is a plus
