• Commercial Parts, Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator $40k - $52k Mackey Services is seeking an organized, dependable Parts, Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing commercial and residential HVAC and Electrical Teams. This role is essential to keeping jobs ready, materials available, and warehouse operations running efficiently.

$41K - $52K/year based on experience Heath, dental and vision insurance 401(k) employer match 5 vacation days, 3 sick days 6 paid holidays Key Performance Indicators with incentive structure Key Responsibilities Review the ServiceTitan schedule and pull and stage parts, equipment, and supplies for upcoming jobs. Manage standard warehouse stock, inventory levels, purchasing, and receiving.

Coordinate with departments on job-specific materials and purchase orders. Maintain an organized warehouse and staging areas. Track company tools and shared equipment, including checkout, returns, and follow-up on missing items. Coordinate with vendors on orders, warranties, and returns. Safety transport materials and equipment.

Support a safety first culture.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED 2+ years in HVAC parts coordination, inventory controls, and warehouse operations. Knowledge of HVAC and Electrical parts and equipment. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software preferred. Valid driver's license, ability to safely tow a trailer, and forklift certified.

Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and work safely in a warehouse environment. Clean driving record; ability to pass background and drug test. Join Mackey Services!
