Branch Manager II - South Anchorage

Plans, organizes, directs, and reviews branch operations to ensure the credit union’s growth and profitability in a timely, productive and economical manner. Lead the branch team with positivity and energy. Conduct regular observations of staff and provide constructive feedback to enhance their growth and development.

Demonstrate ownership of the member experience and identify areas of growth. Collaborate with Risk & Compliance to ensure consistent execution of branch policies and procedures. Additionally, is responsible for all phases of loan origination, interviewing and processing. In all dealings with the public, members and employees, responsibility or ownership is taken and timely follow up is done on pending issues.
