Senior Project Manager
Job description
Overall responsibility for management of multiple and/or larger/more complex projects. Manages a staff, contract documents, subcontractor performance, vendor compliance, budgets, costs, safety, profitability, and statutory and legal compliance. Maintains constructive relationships and communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, community officials and company staff.
