Senior Site Acquisition Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Site Acquisition Specialist based in the United States. The Senior Site Acquisition Specialist will support the delivery of complex real estate and commercial development projects, overseeing site acquisition activities and related services across multiple locations.

This role involves coordinating permitting, easements, lease reviews, utility modifications, new site developments, renovations, and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure projects. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and program managers, you will ensure that site-specific activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and within established timelines.

You will oversee project schedules, financial tracking, forecasts, and key milestones while maintaining strong client relationships. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse commercial real estate initiatives within a collaborative, fast-paced professional environment. Candidates based in Danville, Virginia, are preferred, although qualified remote applicants will also be considered.
