Functional Analyst

Requirements

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives. Participate in requirements workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.

Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and use cases. Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Support testing activities, including test case definition and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify process improvement opportunities and propose functional enhancements.

Ensure requirements traceability and effective change management. Work within Agile/Scrum environments, participating in ceremonies and backlog refinement sessions. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies and process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Camunda, Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, or similar).
