Senior Manual QA Engineer

This is a senior quality engineering opportunity focused on delivering reliable, high-quality experiences across complex web, mobile, API, and backend systems.

You will own testing strategies for critical customer journeys including authentication, account management, promotions, rewards, loyalty mechanics, and geolocation. The role combines hands-on manual testing with risk assessment, exploratory testing, defect investigation, and release readiness. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify risks early and strengthen quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

The position also emphasizes modern QA practices, including AI-assisted tools that improve test coverage, accelerate debugging, and increase testing efficiency. You will have the opportunity to mentor other QA engineers while influencing testing processes, tooling, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, complex Agile environment.
