Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of furniture deliveries and installations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Assist with the assembly and installation of furniture in customer homes.
- Maintain inventory
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and resolve any issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Report directly to Director of Fulfillment & Logistics Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy furniture and operate delivery vehicles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in logistics, installation, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
